Are we and will we continue to be in Stagflation as Bill suggests?

He's not the only one who thinks stagflation is most likely. I respect those who share Fleckenstein's thinking. I'm not trained in finance to decide for myself.

Good information! My comment: since working people are automatically enrolled in 401(k)s now, the passive money will continue to prop up the S&P even in a correction, unless manyj people lose their jobs.

Yep. They will get raises and 401k contributions will increase and the market will go higher.

Stagflation of the 70's will be mild compared to what is coming and it will last decades.

Stagflation would need high UNEMPLOYMENT, would result in a premium on longer dated Treasury Bonds. BOTH is not the CASE AT THE MOMENT
@MatthewLane-rm1ni

How about high UNDEREMPLOYMENT AND HIGH PERCENTAGE OF NEW EMPLOYMENT BEING IN CAPITAL DESTROYING GOVERNMENT JOBS?
@gezenews
@gezenews Месяц назад
Native employment has not risen. Importing 12 million slaves over 4 years does not equate to "low unemployment". Jobs have essentially not grown in 5 years for anyone who is born in the country.
@gezenews

And somehow native born workforce participation is 62%. Wake the fuck up.

I think Flek is a genius. I have seen many interviews, but I do have one question... Why is his camera always so crappy? Not sure if its a style or just needs better tech. Bill has great hair, he needs a better web cam :) thx...

Your lifestyle is a fiction due to leverage, so the grift is the cost of maintaining the fiction. People have to go to Disney Land to even get more novelty fiction , Amazing 🤩

That guy is bearish all the time, since 2019 - totally off side. Great work by the interviewer still. Maybe be a bit more critical on track record.

It's absolutely hilarious to anyone who lived through the 70s that some people today think this is stagflation.😂
@gezenews
@gezenews Месяц назад
Lmao you think they knew before the stock market hit back then? Probably did because the government numbers weren't full of crap. But go ahead lookup native born workforce participation. It's fucking 62%. 12m new jobs since covid but native born employment has not moved an inch. Importing wages and giving tech tokens multiple jobs does not fix the economy.

Beats me. Powell says he can't see the stag or the fllation. Some people seem to see both and some see only the stag and others only the flation. I did see a deer yesterday but I think it was a doe. Might be doeflation for all I know.
