He brought out some really important points. Paying yourself and outside costs that helps, not just to run your business but keeps it running. The little things that some takes for granted, paper (main component), costs. Talk about true visual aids! This is a formula that will help me as well. Thank you for this.

Loved the process going through pricing the hat order. What I took away from that was maybe $22 sell price was a little low. I forget to add “overhead” costs and guessing many others do too. The pressure to compete with cap pricing online is tough but we have to pay ourselves too

Great info! Would be great to do this scholarship for home base businesses 🤔. Not all want a brick and mortar shop but still want to expand and learn how to calculate different things, be blessed with some upgrades, learn more in-depth of how to use what Stahls offers and be blessed with the an appearance from the one and only Josh Ellsworth!

When she's running the 2 hat presses simultaneously, are both machines plugged into the same outlet or same circuit? If not, how was power being given to each machine? I keep reading how they each need their own dedicated breaker, but I don't have that luxury where I work.

Need an Stahls rep to explain this more clear: My understanding of Ultra Colour Max is that it is based on the size of the image being printed, therefore how are you able to create a one price block/ unlimited colours using Ultra Colour Max if the size of the design determines the price? Thank you

The customers that have had success with this, typically set a max image size and assume their cost as this. Some set different prices for small, medium and large images. So if your image fits in a 4 x 4" box it is small. 8x8" box is medium. 10 x 12" box is large. Whatever sizes work for you, but this is a way to drive some predictability into "worst case" cost for you to purchase the transfer. Make sense? Thanks - Josh
