Mesh bracelets have become very popular over the last couple of years, I wasn’t sure but having tried a few I’m hooked. The lack of taper is carried off far better than with a conventional link bracelet.
It's good to see that you actually wear your Yachtmaster. Many "watch people" spend a lot on watches they simply don't wear, that's too bad and a sin.✌🏽
Thanks Marc for your help with my purchase of the Staib 2784 for my Breitling Superocean Heritage ii. Look forward to getting this bracelet on my watch.
I bought one from you for my breitling and its just incredible. I have a 1966 gmt 1675 which I'll probably put one on too cause the 2 correct rolex bands I have jubilee and rivet are both from 1966 and they are dated and horrible to be honest. Nothing is better than staib mesh !!!
I used to think mesh looked too blingy, but after trying a brushed shark mesh bracelet on one of my divers they grew on me, mostly due to the comfort. However, I still don't think they go with every style of watch, especially not on a flieger or field watch, but I'm open to have my opinion changed.
Rocking the satin/brushed finish double butterfly on my Seiko Alpinist! Incredible turn of the century "old clock" look. Very comfortable and breathable!
Absolutely beautiful bracelet. The only thing I can seen that I don't particularly like is the gap between the spring bar and watch is now visible. I do love these bracelets though.
Dude, that ISL-18 with that band is 🔥 , had to rewind & pause the video to look at it again. Do you sell the titanium conversion or is it just a prototype ? The mesh band when you wore it actually looks good, it showcases the Rolex watch well.
Very nice bracelets and great video. Thanks. I just do not like the combination of sport watch and Milanese strap. I see the Milanese strap more on dress watches...
I bought one of these bracelets from Marc for my Omega Railmaster. It's a gorgeous combo. The quality, weight and finishing looks very appropriate for the watch.
I want to order one for my 2011 Omega PO 45.5mm! I need the 22mm but I'm not sure about the length. My wrist is around 7 inches. Do I need the 150mm or 170mm version?
I have your Staib butterfly clasp bracelet on my Seamaster SMP, Marc and I really like it. Actually this is just as well, because with the endlink only having springbar access on one side, I couldn’t get it off if I wanted too.
Back in the 60's my father wore mesh bracelets on some of his watches. Myself, I prefer exotic leathers, rubber, and sailcloth straps. This leads me to my question, do you plan to make sailcloth straps? By the way, your Yachtmaster is one of my grail pieces.
Been thinking about one of these for my Planet Ocean which has a 20mm lug width. I would prefer the more fitted end links but willing to give the straight bars a chance as it looks great on yours Marc. Oh yeah and the butterfly is the one I prefer although most prefer a clasp. Your thoughts?
I bought one from Long Island watch and love it. I got the thicker on on the right with the diver type clasp in satin. Originally put on a Breitling Super Ocean but it ended up on my Tudor Black Bay Blue and I love the look. Substantial but very comfortable. Benn on it for 2+ years so far. Been very happy with everything purchased from Long Island watch
Hiya.I believe that a company called Rubber B make rubberish straps for high end watches and look pretty good too.Rolex is a bit stuck in the past but you are right. If it comes with the watch it is " the best" option you never had.
Hi Mark....great video like always. Two questions: Do you have a printable wrist gauge on your site? And are these bracelets hair pullers? My times Q is unwearable with their mesh bracelet.
I have always wanted to experience a mesh bracelet, but my wrist is to big. Do you know if they make extensions like in the old days? How many links on the butterfly clasp would it take to fit loose on 8 7/8"?
Why the hell not. Rolex is a just a cash grab these days ... Designs have gone downhill... They won't expand to meet demand... They're not innovative. I mean Omega is the better brand these days. The Rolex name costs you at least a 2-6 thousand extra dollars.... If you can buy one. That Milanese meet strap definitely on par with the Rolex finishing. (It's really not all that impressive) Rolex would probably charge you $800 for one that looks just like it with their name on it... Maybe in their proprietary stainless steel.
Hey. I love the watch. Hoping to invest in one soon. I am not a fan of the look of that beautiful band on that watch though. Great video and description of those bands. Thanks! .
