Took a class once and made a few pieces but the teacher never showed us what to do to shine up the copper foil edges after the piece is finished. They got pitted and turned dark flat grey and a couple broke. What do you suggest for finishing the piece?
Did you add a patina? If not Try Carnuba Car wax, it can bring the shine back. Im not sure why it broke. I have never had that happen. I usually add a patina if I want black led lines, and then a wax for a large window.
