Q5. The written question is explicitly asking to present the project status - so answer is the performance reports. The question is not 'how' to present the status or 'which document describes how to present it' , as you mentioned verbally and picked up the CMP answer ....

Hi Gautham For the last question, thanks for the explanation, am understood that its CMC...but question asked which document...so i thought Communication management plan is not document but plan..so i selected WPR...thanks..i got confused seeing document word but your explanation helped😊

Q3 why didn't update risk register? as its the first step then go for change process right ?, then plan update . isn't it ?. I think its a risk. also mention it may affect so future its could leads to problem

Q4. You referred to CCB, though the approach is Hybrid ?

HI Gautam, I agree the first step is to update the issue log, but how does this solve the purpose or provide solution?They have asked how to handle the situation since it needs to be fixed in 2 days.

I am little confused. Ques 1 and 4 are very similar. In q1, you asked to choose what will you do first but in ques 4 you chose the option to follow the change control process.
