it`s simple. new video from paul, i like it. thank you for the explanation. interim report: i`m doing all of your exercises and very slowly i`m feeling progress. guys, stadler press is a fight for millimeters. every f***ing time.

Thanks. I get jealous of that strength of yours 😅I can quite easily do straddle L-sits 10sec10times and do negatives but I can't get my but up from there although i try to do this from a firefly pose which should be easier 😐😥

Firefly sometimes is harder as there less tension (push) before you start the movement

Hi Paul, Another great video of yours! I can do straddle-L with bent legs for 20-25ish sec, few sets, but when straightening the legs.... it's a disaster, legs fall down dramatically, especially with those last few degrees of the knee to 180.. not just lacking the compression, but i feel it really lack some flexibility. In passive pancake i can put my belly to floor... :| Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hey thanks! I’d work leg lift compression work both in pike and Straddle. Toes to bar and the straddle L Sit hold itself for holds of 15-30sec as close to floor as possible (raise hands on a yoga block or weight plates and slowly lower session to session)

So I need a solid handstand but how do I make it more solid?

Practice daily, both wall drills (chest to wall holds, heel pull and toe pull) and freestanding holds. Then work straddle and tuck holds. I have some beginner and intermediate videos.
