At the end of the 1940s Joseph Stalin was forced to negotiate a new treaty of alliance with the victorious Chinese Communists. Mao Zedong won significant concessions from Stalin. The Soviet dictator was compelled to alter completely his policy for...

You know nothing about Stalin by saying he knew little, about foreign cultures. There were more than 150 people of different ethnic origins living in the USSR alone. He was a fierce reader, on history, and other subjects. More than what the western leaders were. I suggest that you stop listening and learning about Russia through Polish americans.

Well Stalin clearly read the wrong books because he completely misjudged USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Turkey, Thailand, Ethiopia, Philippines, Greece, France, Colombia, Belgium, South Africa, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, India, Italy, Norway and Sweden all of whom took severe exception to the brutal North Korean invasion fully sponsored by the USSR and China.

@@cliffsdepot IF so how comes all these countries never won the Korean war. 1950-1953. Answer that. Why should devasted countries like Greece which had a war from 1940-1944 and then a civil war from 1944-1949 send it's soldiers to die across the world ? If Korea wants or wanted to be a communist country then that has nothing to do with us. But as one imperialist state, GB, went bankrupt during ww2 it's place was taken by the new imperialism of the US.

@@cliffsdepot Ps. So if Stalin was misinformed how comes British spies working for the CRU Soviet Military Espionage sent secrets to Stalin before they were sent to London and Washington ?

Very good. Every President should be required to listen to this. Very accurate from other sources that I have read or interviewed. What is not discussed is the Communist Chinese Party's nationalism that underlies this conversation as it applies today.

What I liked about Professor Sam Wells Jr. was his short presentation & it’s obvious his strengths lie in Q&A :) As you know; too many lecturers waste 45 minutes speaking and only leave 15-25 minutes for Q&A & it's annoying! Professor Wells Jr. left his ego at the podium; that was obvious to me when he said: “& I don't mind counter-factual questions.” Also, it’s annoying when we do stumble upon a great 👍 historical scholar because we could easily spend 6-7 hours talking about the Korean War. Especially if you love history as much as “we” do (you, me & everyone else who loves history) there’s just simply not enough time. He was very good with QA. imho

Reason stalin agree to provide aid to china, planes, artillary etc is for a good reason. Stalin say if American military attack yalu river and manage to capture some chinese land, then soviets land will be in danger. Mao, s reason for fightingback at yalu river is for the same reason. If American troops occupy part of chinese land across yalu river, then china will be in danger and chiang kai shek will take back china

The middle of the morning and nobody was around in that market single me out and give me the business and you know that's how I prepared for all this to find out that the baby showing the plaza do not allow filming and you are only allowed to go into the branch and out jobs that way you don't have anybody harassing you and interrupting your stream or making you feel like you're this tall and that's what happened but in this case after and if you haven't guessed it yet Richard Wilk was the person who sent the video to the head of marketing for Fremont Street after all that happened and again I didn't ask Richard to connect me with the guy I wasn't saying do you know who I am Richard book actually offered it after they called me after they actually connected with me and I spoke to him turns out it was what they want to label and misunderstanding of it yet misunderstanding of it and you see everybody wants to capitalize to profit off of the image of Las Vegas and if any blogger will tell you that they're not capitalizing off the image of Las Vegas they are so full of it they're either Brown we all do it in Vegas is a very popular topic and it always has been and it always will be and if you're a blogger in Las Vegas you automatically have a massive Advantage okay so this understanding of attack means that we don't know you're just trying to share something with a social media Network you're streaming absolutely you're okay you're good to go and that's the brass taxes basically said I was right and calling ahead and finding out what the actual restrictions and what was considered commercial and he actually said that I was okay to go ahead and continue the live stream and we had a great conversation tonight and I I really appreciate them reaching out and in that conversation I said I appreciate everything you're doing for free month I appreciate that your guards are I'm probably in a very stressful situation and I've seen them hanging out masks to people as they enter the experience and doing their best to make sure people are messed up and of course once they're inside the people kind of go a little bit haywire and whatever it is but they are doing the best job they can and he actually thanked me for not being a sensationalist on all this and saying that basically I could have gone on RU-vid and said why I'm never going to Fremont Street ever again I would have had a monstrous video tons of clicks but that's not what my intent is on this channel I want to grow it organically and do it by possibly in the future of working with properties and I can't get to that point cuz I don't want to be making properties angry with me for basically not finding getting to the bottom of things so three to talk with him but they're going to make sure that security knows that we are just down there to be outside show the Ambiance the area for a few months Street Experience and thank him so much guys before actually reaching out to me now why did that trust my love okay well I didn't push back and press my luck because that would have just involved the big huge strain you know they might have called Metro they can call them right on and I don't want to deal with all that but when you're going into these situations just remember it's better to actually smile or not it's sometimes we want to get to the bottom of things as quickly as you possibly can because in this situation it opened up a whole new line of conversation with Fremont Street they now know and they're aware of my videos and my channel and they now know that I'm trying to do the right thing and now I'm considered safe as long as I don't do something stupid let's start to knock on the doors and go into the casinos when they don't really want people in the casino's that's always been the policy and it probably always will but Fremont Street Experience they did a great job with me they actually managed to call me and sort things out and tell me that I was right and that I get my research correctly Richard love was great by you know connecting me with that and offering of that extended all of branch of peace and it is so weird time that we have in this covid crazy kind of climate people are just very conservative honestly they just want to make sure that the right things are being done by everybody and I think this guard was in the exact same position where he just wanted to make sure the right thing was being done is he understood it and I don't hold anything against the guard I don't hold anything against anybody I'm just lucky and grateful and blessed that I'm able to be able to talk to you guys on this camera right now so I want to thank you guys for watching sharing liking the videos until you guys we will be back on Fremont Street and if you're a streamer on Fremont Street just do the right thing it sounds like we are okay and good to go I'm glad that I got to the bottom of it thank you everybody

This is utterly outrageous and tries to re-write history. Stalin did not decide for war in Korea. It was the US that started the war by invading Korea and imposing a dictator in the South to stop the Korean revolutionaries who had the support of the Korean people from liberating all of the Korean motherland. It was the US that also invaded Taipei and sent its warships inside China's territorial waters to support its puppet Fascist dictator. It was the US that drove North and breached its own created 38th parallel demarcation line, ignoring China's warning not to do so. China was compelled to intervene to stop the US aggression and help its ally, the People's Democratic Republic of Korea. The Soviet Union only supplied weapons to the revolutionaries and later on 150 Mig15's which were painted in North Korean markings. That's how far the Soviet Unions role in the Korean war went. Victory against the US aggressor and invader was achieved solely by the Korean revolutionaries with the support of the 250,000 Chinese volunteer corps.

What victory? Last time I checked Korea is still divided and the South is in a much better position than the “revolutionaries” in the North

Hi there just revisiting your monumentally stupid comment about the victory of the communist forces in the Korean war. Here’s a little indicator as to who came out on top have you ever seen a satellite photo if the Korean Peninsula at night? Its a pretty interesting juxtaposition. Also what was the GDP of North Korea vs South Korea. And lets not forget about the famine in the north yes truly a socialist workers paradise

Wilson intentionally drew the US into war for nothing. Tracks with the bastard Truman. Rest in peace to all Americans who died in that pointless war.
