I think the farthest is just shy of 20km without boosters. I would imagine Yamato. Otherwise some cruiser with the legendary skill that extends range when near allies. But you need max commanders for a range build and then a booster for +3% range. Yamato has probably the farthest range out of any ship, but I could be wrong. Stalingrad probably has the furthest range for a cruiser. Khaba has like a 15 or 16km with a max range build. I hope this helps. :)
