I absolutely love it guys thank you thanks for the video! I grew up in the Florida Keys in the early sixties! I'm speed skied or four years in the Junior tournament series! I have seen a hundred miles an hour on a Slalom ski! However you guys running Rivers about an average of over 80 miles an hour is absolutely incredible with two skiers love the boat love the video I hope their knees and hip survive cuz it cost me mine in my Elder years thanks again for the video

Now try a short line. Kidding. I've skied fast short and long line. Short is a challenge. Crashed once at 60mph on a hard cut, thought I was wrecked for life. Water felt like asphalt. Still here. Great Vid. Also, nice smooth throttle roll off. So many chop the throttle and dump the skiers and wash the transom.

I love it, I just plain love it!

First time watching. Do they need to go that fast so the skiers can plane? There balls must weigh a ton 😮

I’ve skied behind deep veer’s with bbc’s and steep props. I used extra long ropes. Not real fast. The wakes was like skiing on rocks. This was at barely 30mph. I can’t imagine what that feels like at 90+mph. It’s not a jet, is it?

How come the observer doesn't use hand signals. Is he relaying instructions over comms?

You have to be young to do this, right?

I'm no expert on this kind of racing boat, but what's with the amount of steering input for a gentle turn !!?? It was over 180 degrees in most cases!! Geez !! I would be fixing that quick smart if I was driving !! That would not suit my driving style at all !! For those turns as they appeared in the wide angle shots, I would want no more than about 135 degrees turn left and right. Main reason for me is stability. It's easier to correct if you have to put in less input, and secondly every turn you can see one hand comes off the wheel as he has to feed it underhand style !! No way for me. Two hands on that thing at all times at that speed !! If he hit a bit of wake that was a bit too much, that wheel will rip out of his hands with that much play in it and I think we know what that would mean. You can see it's a problem because as he hits a little bit of chop, in one of the same time on shore shots and onboard shots, he has to back right off the throttle as the boat bounces from side to side and then settles. Like I said, I am not an expert in THIS type of boat, and he may like it like this, or it suits him I don't know. Just not for me. Nice boat though and sweet engine, Sounds beautiful with the turbo whine. Music to my ears...
