I work two barista jobs and one is by the poverello center an old British man would come in and sit in the cafe. I assumed he was homeless because he had a suitcase with him and most of the loiterers are from the pov. I had a conversation with him one day about where he was from and he told me all the good places in London to visit and he seemed really nice and respectful. He casually comments that i can come to london with him and take care of him. I came in a couple more times over about two weeks. He was around 60 btw:l One day he comes up behind me while I'm getting something out of a cupboard outside the counter and asks me if I like older guys. I turn around and say no lol and he pleads with me to let him take me out for a drink and I keep saying no he finally says all right and leaves and he never came back lol.

i was a cashier and i had some regular put his business card on my register and ask me if id do nude modeling, its not just barista but i feel you pain. he would also just say shit liike "you're so beautiful" and "you're so pretty"he was so creepy

When a girl said no the first time I would say ok and walk away.. Then go to the next girl.. Stalking is not my style and plus I believe there's someone out there for me.. I shall keep looking for the special one.. One time I did ask this one girl out and she said no.. I said ok and walked away, then she came to me and said so your not going to run after me and I said no.. Then I said if you wanted to go out with me then why didn't you say yes the first time.. She said because I like it when a man keeps asking and run after me.. After I left and like I said went to the next girl.. The other girl came saying ok why did you get here number and I said because she said yes the first time..

I actually had the opposite experience where I had to stop going to the Starbucks by my house cause the barista apparently thought I wasn’t going there to get a drink, I was going there to see him 🧐 he ended up getting really weird and made me feel so uncomfortable I had to stop going 😕

God! This is terrifying! I've been there so many times (not as a barista but as a receptionist!) I had to call my boss a couple of times and started carrying things to defend myself in my purse.

Ahh haha, now I want to know what happens! I can relate to the barista attachment thing a bit - I currently have this guy who asked me out and is visiting the cafe each time I am in :P He's nice but like 7 or 8 years older and not my type... Not stalker worth but I think he'll persist because he came in yesterday after me declining a coffee or movie date the week before (as if I'd go see a movie with a 24yo dude who I don't know? Like what!? Plus he asked me over FB). It was weird because he literally just got a coffee and left without really speaking other than 'ok have a good week Charlie' with a smile. Wow, I don't think his dad taught him to be a gentlemen..... I quit my former job (before I was became a barista, I worked at a hardware store) because a girl from another department was constantly asking me out, and even tried to kiss me without my consent. So I kinda said goodbye to her and that job.

I love watching your channel. I just came upon it (by accident) to be totally honest 😌, but I love it. Mainly because you are a very well spoken person. I watch ALOT of channel's because I spend ALOT of time in hospitals. When doing treatments or recovering from surgeries or procedures, RU-vid is a whole lot better than staring at bare cream colored walls day in and day out, and listening to the constant beeping of machines ☺. Anyway, I watch everything from makeup tutorials to real network type channels like Discovery etc. Even if I like the way someone does hair or makeup or whatever, I can't stand to listen to them talk. Not everyone possess the skills to tell a story. Especially Americans, using the words "like, and, whatever, ummmm, or SO" wayyy too much. Oh! And also the ditzy valley girl types that talk with high squeaky voices and act like they are dumber than a box of rocks because they crave attention and think it's cute to act "knowledge-less". I was glad to come across your page and be pleasantly suprised to listen to someone who sounds not only intelligent, but quirky (in a good way) and funny at the same time.
