This video features a KSF C151B, 611/612 (trainset not shown in the video, apologies!), which was from BSD to serve NSL for the PM Rush Hours, from NS8 Marsiling to NS7 Kranji.
Due to a traction power fault between Yew Tee and Woodlands station, all the train services ended at Yew Tee (later on changed to Choa Chu Kang) and Woodlands respectively.
This was the first train to head towards Jurong East from Woodlands Northbound, after all of the trains in front were ending at Woodlands to turnaround back to the Southbound Platform.
Note that at Marsiling and Kranji stations, you would see 2 stalled trains (a KSFA and KNS) at the platforms with its lights completely turned off. Most likely due to the loss of traction power between the stretch due to a small fire at one of the electrical systems near Kranji (caused by a thunderstorm strike).
You would also see the SMRT engineers and the SCDF officers on the tracks near Kranji station, supposedly where the fire started (which was 20m away from Kranji Southbound heading towards Marsiling).
There were no train services at the Southbound Platform, but train services on the Northbound Platform was still in service. But it looked like it was alternate train ends at Woodlands and the latter goes to Jurong East until around 8pm where the problem got fixed and train services resumed back to normal.
