In reply to few of the comments below : Stuttering is associated with underactivity in Broca's area (frontal lobe of the brain). It's not fear or a confidence issue I'm a doctor (M.D.) & I stutter.

@@nipunjoymahato4722, just build self confidence, and give a fuck to the whole world for what they say, do not react, believe me it goes away, I used to stammer a lot, now I take classes and deliver speeches in my company which I am applauded for, just be calm breath slowly and always have a smile....

1) Stutterers usually know the words or letters where the stutter, avoid those words consciously, like try saying day before yesterday instead of Wednesday. 2) Try taking a deep breath before beginning long sentences. 3) Keep reminding yourself to go slow. 4) Try speaking in two languages (like a mix of your local language and hindi/English instead of a single monotonous language). 5) Don't avoid speaking in public/stage out of embarassment, face it. After a while, the above mentioned techniques will get embedded in your subconscious mind.

Pehle main bahot paani waste karti thi and then one day while watching one standup video,i saw one comment "DON'T WASTE WATER BY UNNESCESSARY FLUSHING". My eyes were filled with water but i didn't let it get wasted, i collected it and flowered my plants. Thankyou so much for this comment.
