So many things to love about this project! First, as usual, the directions are clear and thorough (thank you!). What's more, it doesn't require much decorative paper/supplies AND you can customize it using your own stash. Finally, I JUST started it yesterday, worked a few hours, and am ready for the final touches today (the lid). Thank you, again, Shellie, for a great project/tutorial!!

What a great project! Instead of making Christmas Stockings, I will make these boxes for my immediate family - each with a theme paper to fit each person's interests. I have quite a number of Stamperia pads to choose for each box. So glad I saw this now in October as that will give me time to make them before Christmas. Many thanks.

I’ve made 2 of these and they are 100% better than any store bought gift box! I made a fishing themed Snackle box (lol) for my 19 year old son. I can’t believe the how much stuff you can get in there.

This is such an awesome box! Do you take request? I would love to see the same box created two hold a 11 ounce mug lying down on its side do you think something like that is possible? I would be willing to pay for this type design. I would love to be able to include teas, coffee’s, hot, chocolate, candies, etc..

I don’t have time right now to redesign a gift box like that. You’d could figure it out by using a 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock as a template. For the box depth, you’d have to measure your cup by laying it on its side then score each side of your paper template that measurement. Your box will be smaller than mine since you need to accommodate your cup size. For dividers, after getting your box together, measure the inside.

another question; can you tell me the width and length of that first compartment where you added a little book up at the top--that wider compartment?
