Scrap n Create is a wonderful place to shop! My first order arrived last Thursday (two bundles) and I was thrilled to receive the charms and some coordinating ribbon. Already placed a second order. Living in the UK 🇬🇧 I have been using the black construction tape from My Creative Spirit for a few years now, with great success it really is a great product and strong too. It gives a more fluid feel to your albums in that it helps the pages in your album to sit flatter, when you are looking through your album. It is a great and functional product in its own right, but I still like to construct some albums in the traditional paper covering technique. I can’t wait to see how you get on with the tape, and there are some great videos from the creator of the construction tape Clare Charvill on RU-vid under her brand of My Creative Spirit, so go check them out, along with the many albums and projects she has made. Looking forward to seeing what you create with the Savannah papers, I’m just making your Spring Botanical JournalI for a dear friend who loves her garden, and I just love using Stamperia papers they are beautiful. Thanks for the info! I watched her how to video before I got the tape. I’m intrigued but also concerned about the color. I rarely use black. Also I wrap my spines in rice paper and feel like I’ll have to still wrap the spine in card stock to cover the black. Either that or paint it. I’ll see how it goes!

@@TheQuietCatPaperCo yes, I can relate to that issue too, that’s why I still use the card wrapping technique, if I want to use a coloured card stock to coordinate with the papers, black is ok but it’s nice to use other colours also.
