Wow, that was a real trip down memory lane. I trained in Orange Grove for 5 years as a youngster, before moving to Durban. He is a brilliant person, and earned respect the world over. Blessings to him, and Keith & Derick.

Sensei Stan is forever recognised as one of the greatest legends in JKA Shotokan history

One of the best! In the USA we know him as the FLY! That movie is why I took karate for all those years.

Farewell to a fine Karate man who gave so much to the art.

the man is a god, first saw him in kill or be killed and kill and kill again to me besides perhaps the Sonny Chiba karate movies his and Normans techniques are true old school karate. I live in Japan and if he did a seminar here I would attend.
