I was captivated by Nas.io for its FREE features! Hosting courses, selling consulting calls, running webinars-all for free. But what truly stood out was the 'Magic Reach' feature, unlike anything I've seen before. This feature enables one-click messaging to Nas.io home feed, audience emails, and WhatsApp broadcast channel simultaneously. Diving deeper into the Nas.io homepage feed feature: With a single click, you can publish posts/messages to your Nas.Io feed, akin to a Facebook homepage feed. Users who've downloaded the Nas.io app and are part of your community receive push notifications about new posts. While this feature is fantastic for maintaining user engagement, Nas.io lacks a search bar on the homepage. This diminishes its value for me as a coach since I rely on users searching for previous content based on keywords. Thus, I may need to explore other platforms like Circle later on for community-building. However, Nas.io simplifies setting up and hosting WhatsApp communities, and it offers attractive landing pages for selling consulting calls or courses. Yet, despite its appeal, Nas.io falls short in several aspects crucial for long-term community building, as noted below: No email marketing segmentation Lack of automated email flows based on user purchases Absence of visually appealing link in bio pages, unlike Stan Store and Beacons, which prioritize user experience. It's puzzling why Nas.io doesn't incorporate email segmentation, which is fundamental for targeted communication. However, considering its free nature and if you can overlook these drawbacks, Nas.io might be worth considering. It boasts a vibrant community, fostering significant WhatsApp broadcast channels and hosting challenges. Nonetheless, the challenges are not evergreen, requiring a fixed start and end date. I personally prefer perpetual challenges like 'The 120 Days of Focus Challenge,' enabling participants to join at any time, fostering a sense of day-one enthusiasm regardless of when they begin.
