@@sailorpandathis is an intrusive thought tho? Correct me if I'm wrong but intrusive thoughts are thoughts that involve hurting you or others, and in this case she willingly burnt her tounge with a straightener. Therefore it's intrusive.

@@wolfgangchen7287 this video actually shows what an intrusive thought is though??? like i'm almost sure that an intrusive thought implies unwanted or sudden thoughts that can be unpleasant or harmful for other people or themselves... so i think burning your tongue with a straightener is a pretty good example of this

For some reason at my school exam time was when they would let the severely mentally challenged students roam around freely and this one massive kid (well he was technically 21 but he had the mental capacity of a 3 year old iirc) named Dominic would stomp around the halls screaming constantly like Chewbacca and he would sometimes chimp out and bang on the lockers as hard as he could for 15 minutes straight. The other sped kids weren’t too bad, they mostly just stole your food off your table at lunch, but Dominic was built different. Pretty hard to focus on explaining the themes in Of Mice and Men when you have to listen to a live reenactment of it right outside the classroom.
