It's just the friction of the screen and the jar. The z608 bearings roll very smoothly and don't require much force..

Have a look at the Nazdar line of inks.

I have a couple limit bolts that contact the jar top edge and along the bottom. Kind of like the X axis adjustments I use on regular printing screens.

Unless you're printing Home Depot buckets 18X20 is way larger than you would need. It's just a greater material and shipping charge for something you don't need. But yes, I'll build one any size you would like. email unclechris805@hotmail.com and we'll 'talk'

between 160 and 230...depending on the design.

@@dydyra9124 Then I guess you can't use 120 for your design...simple as that. You have to experiment a bit.
