This brings back a high school memory. It was an anti-bullying thing set up by a club, I forgot now, but they got a few of us band members together and we learned this song in a week, memorized it at that. I, being the tuba player of the group, had to start the ENTIRE thing off by walking out into the middle of the courtyard and begin playing. Quite possibly the most nerve racking thing I have ever done. It was some 200-300 students and staff. Excellent rendition though, loved it!

I was a little boy when Ben E. King recorded this most beautiful of songs in front of what seemed to be a full orchestra. It was stunning to listen to. So is your acapella version. Some well-to connected person needs to make you famous because if a lot of the no-talent mediocrities now dominating entertainment deserve fame and fortune, you certainly do.

I know not many ppl will mention this but i love the way u use a mike ur mike awareness is amassing The turn of ur head to make a word go loud to soft to loud or to cut a word off short Only singers will know these tricks I am 74 Spent most of my 20's and 30's singer with many dif groups Wish we had Ut back then What some of the groups could of become Did a lot of street singing A Cappella alone and with others Actually maede3 a living doing it in late 70's Then I meet The Love of My life and we adopted 2 kids and left the city life behind to become farmers Still sing but it is to My Love and the cows these days
