Fr : Stand High Records présente SH008 : un nouveau maxi 45 tours qui regroupe les versions discomix inédites des deux dernières sorties single digital de Stand High Patrol. Composées sur la même période et sur des modèles analogues, « Same Justice » et « Working Man » sont par nature liées l'une à l'autre. Leurs thématiques sont distinctes mais les deux tracks ont en commun ce groove imparable et cette douceur caractéristique propre au rocksteady griffé Dubadub Musketeerz. Sur ces deux versions longues (dîtes discomix) les parts vocales chantées par Pupajim laissent place aux trompettes de Merry. Sous les envois d'effets soignés signés Mac Gyver, le riddim se transforme en Dub. Le temps s'étire et la finesse du mix réalisé à Kerwax se révèle. Stand High Patrol prend le parti de faire durer le plaisir, d'exploiter les riddims sans retenue en offrant à chaque membre du crew l'espace pour exprimer son savoir faire autant que ses inspirations. Eng : Stand High Records presents SH008: a brand spanking new 12” with two exclusive “discomix” cuts of Stand High Patrol's last two singles “Same Justice” and “Working Man”. Both tracks have a special link, they were made around the same time period and are of similar nature. These tunes share that special groove and sweetness reminiscent of the Dubadub Musketeerz’s rocksteady productions. On these two discomix versions, Pupajim’s vocal parts are followed by Merry's trumpets, Mac Gyver then takes things into his own hands and dubs out the riddim! Time stretches and reveals the subtlety of the mix made at Kerwax's studio. Stand High Patrol exploits the riddims without restraint by offering each member of the crew the space to express their skills and inspirations.
