Bahot dinon se portfolio banane ki soch raha hun lekin banane ka time nahi mil pa raha. 2. Kuch situation mein fansta hun to seedha apne senior k paas jata hun. 3. Workload itna rahta hai ki kaam "performance-driven" na hoke "task-driven" hote hain. Although main chahtha hun ki experiments karun lekin karne ka time nahi mil pata. 4 productivity challenges hain, sach mein acche se apne time ko allocate nahi kar pata for various projects (sunane ko bhi milta hai). Hi sir, What I discovered is - 1. Juniors struggle with the numbers, rather they focus more on running ads but not understanding reports. 2. Interview questions regarding ROI or budget as you explained initially is probably too much for beginners if they face any interview as they were more involved in execution. 3. This all leads to a massive confusion which leads to either instability or failure. 4. Somewhere company politics are also a part of ruining experiences. The only unheard and unexplainable reason.
