The point is you within yourself need to realise that you are an individual. There is nothing inside of you that can change that! My only point I would make to you is just to sit quiet and observe. Spectate. If you like to just listen and say nothing. When you realise you haven't committed yourself to comment. You will realise you didn't say a thing.
