I just watched this mornings sermon on RU-vid and while Jimmy was still preaching, music started playing. The music was distracting and very rude. He may have been going over his time but that does not justify the way things were done. Very disappointed in whoever decided to start playing music before he finished speaking. He is owed an apology and so is the congregation. My opinion doesn't matter, but please do not disrespect Pastor Jimmy or any others that are preaching by playing music before they finish their sermon. It felt to me that he was being rushed or told that his time was up. I guarantee you that his message was more important than the music and I wanted to hear it without that distraction and I believe that people didn't mind him going over a few minutes. When I was a child going to church, nobody thought anything of the preacher going past noon and they would never have considered butting in. You sat there and listened, patiently and respectfully until he was finished. And people that were going to sing even got up on the stage with him. Unbelievable and shameful. I don't know if it bothered him, but it sure surprised and disappointed me and I'm not the only one. .😢
