Love this!! I workout regularly and love anything that let's me remain standing, I have osteoarthritis in my knee and getting up and down is difficult. Well done!!
Love your pilates workout. First time Ive done standing Pilates and i actually prefer it better than just being on the ground. The standing is more active for me and helps me work on my balance.
Wow do I feel better! I have super tight shoulders due to surgery. The first thing I noticed was how much more loose they felt in the second round. I seriously need to add Pilates workouts into my rotation more often. Thanks Marischa!
