Dang, looks nice! What ever happened to that broke window? Did you have to buy a whole new window or can they replace the glass? They install it for free since they broke it?

With the roof though, you said it lasts 7 years looking nice, how expensive is it to pay for cleaning? Say over 50 years, just over 6 cleans. Is it worth it? Also the standing seam roof looks like it makes a lot of noise when it rains on it...

Thats Houston Texas great cost of living and pay great City except for allergies are bad woth rag weed and cedar, and flash flooding just dont buy in a huge flash flood area amd youll love living there great culture food
