Another gorgeous composition Fiona. I've been trying to identify the model of piano in the photo near the end - I'm guessing a Bösendorfer, as it has a removable Capo D'Astro bar? Thanks! 🙂
The photo is a PR shot from 2008 at the Union Theatre in Lithgow. I’m wracking my brains to remember what it was - Bosendorfer sounds right. I have violinist Rebecca Daniel here with me and neither of are 100% sure.
@@MomeRathsandMoochers Hi, not sure where my answer went - maybe the wrong spot. Its a PR shot from the Union Theatre in Lithgow. It might be a Bosendofer - but I can't remember, its from 2008 and not even sure if they have the same piano there now - I looked it up on their site, but no info. The track is recorded on a Steinway at Imaginary Road Studios and mastered a little more on the soft side than some of my other Steinway tracks. This particular piece called for 'softening' for it's solo iteration.
