We use the same hose monster set up. It’s nice when there’s a gang drain to flow into. When there isn’t we have a 200 gallon drum on wheels that we had built specifically for building that don’t have a gang drain. Works well.
I put the line gauge on first, then the venturi flow meter then the 2.5 in hose valve. May not be a big difference but I don't know the friction loss of the flow meter plus the elevation.
