Hi Sai Anna, this is Pavan from Bangalore. I have visited Stanley largest store in Electronic City last week. Store is very good and they have nice collection. But it’s too much expensive even high class people also cannot afford. as promoter mentioned only with ultra net worth or high net worth people only can afford I guess. So they may be making good margins. to given an example carpet which we will put under sofa is about 4.5 lakhs. Thank you

Even though the person is so experienced, he felt very naive in attracting the investors. Also, it seems he is controlling most of the company which is not good. I would rather go with a teamplayer. Thanks to the team and Sai anna for this informative video. I am opting out of ipo
Visited their store in Bangalore. Caters only for ultra rich. Upper middle class or people even who were responsibly rich many not go for it. I had one more concern..At their marathalli store.. I remember seeing a bank notice pasted for few weeks and later it was removed...I am surprised how they are profitable.
Thanks MP team for making management interviews. Surprised by that old man's arrogance. Can boast about his own company. But calling others business as road side crap is totally absurd. He might hv started his initial days of life journey working in such a road side crap company only. Funny thing is he requesting the retailers to invest for long term where his business products are only affortable by Ultra HNI. Good question on OFS part. Seems they want to cash this IPO market euphoria by selling their stake. Avoiding this Ipo seeing his arrogance leaving aside listing gains.
