@@InMotionForAMillion it was 11-1. I went to that game tho sadly got inside in b/w the top and bottom of the 1st inning missing his homer. 5-3 was the score May 12, 2013. May 12, 2014 Dodgers won 6-5. I went to all those games since they coincide with a friend’s bday and remembered thinking why do they keep playing each other on May 12 every year

+walter yanez Look at what Ryan Braun was taking, they were not to make his muscles big, they were for vision and hand speed. Go look it up, there are so many different PED's out there for different uses. I don't know if Stanton is using or not, he has been a damn good player since A ball. If he starts getting sick and missing games over unknown illness here the next couple of years you will know he was juiced.

+cangri1788 i was lucky enough to have season tickets to greensboro when he was there in low class a. dude was a physical freak at 18, just raw. he led the minors in home runs that season with 39, so if hes on roids hes been on them before he even got into professional baseball.

I was at this game and people were still settling in and when he hit this shot it appeared like a high foul ball from my point of view of right field pavilion. Everyone in our section was “ whoa”! And didn’t realize it was real until the ball hit the roof and made a loud clank. I can’t believe I witnessed that. What a shot

One he hit in AA ball might fit that description. They don't know how far it went because they never found the ball. Legend says it easily cleared the scoreboard at Riverwalk Stadium, which is about 75 feet above field level, at a distance of about 400 feet. Legend also says it was still going up at that point.

That had great distance, but if you want exit speed, watch #2 of Reggie Jackson's 3 World Series homers in Game 6, 1977. That was a laser. #3 was estimated 450-470 feet. Yes, I was there!

stanton. 312 career home runs. 1402 career strike outs. ever heard of dave kingman? kingman struck out less, (per ab) had a .236 batting ave. and ended with 442 home runs, and any who mentions kingman as a hall of famer is laughed at. you see how the game has changed for the worse?

It's a shame because he was on pace for 60 homers . Realistically I say at least 50 before the broken wrist . He can't catch a break getting hit in the face last year cost him 40 homers and now the wrist would at least cost him 50. If anyone breaking bonds home run record it would be Stanton . What's scary is he's playing in Marlins park a huge ball park. Get well soon Giancarlo you're number 1 fan.

I remember this day like it was yesterday Clayton kershaw bobble head night. Only a handful of fans in my section realized what stanton did, sux it was against my dodgers but at least he was a native angeleno.
