They were teenagers then they turned back to their 10 year old self's and Kyle threw a tantrum about his hair then everyone saw Butters and as you may know Butters gets abused and Kenny got mad because everybody was looking at Butters making him feel more upset so he yelled " DON'T LOOK AT HIM!" So In the show(I'm assuming you know because of the name, Butters parents/family are shown to be abusive emotionally, mentally, and physically(butters grandmother). So when the main 4, Craig, Tweek, and butters see that they are going to turn back into little kids. Butters realizes that it will show him with the bruises. Kenny(being close to butters) also knows about Butters family situation, and knows that Butters is going to already feel embarrassed. So when they turn into little kids Kenny doesn't want the rest of the boys to make butters feel more embarrassed than he already is. Hope this helped!
There's a space there in between the words, the font I use though makes it look like there isn't a space on some words. Also, if your trying to hate. Why? We get it, your parents didn't love you enough so you need other people's attention. Though why try to get attention from small RU-vidr's who are just trying to have fun?
