Funny, I always get a Cutlass that attacks me and my ship on those crash site missions, in 3.23 it kills me every time. Unlike in 3.22, where you have air support, you get none in 3.23.
With the pulse fitting in a C8R hatch area, some glitching may occured. The C8R now having a 20km respawn range bed. Seems to make these two a good pairing for solo bunker runners. Will have to see when I have time to try out bunkers and see if they are as borked as last patch or not.
