to be fair, my experience today was quite decent : good server, 10 missions in a row with only 1 problem in the middle (ship exploding when a box blinked below it, the ability to submit incomplete deliveries saving the rep) and a big bug at the end (ship disappearing completely shortly after leaving a hangar). Way better than could be expected.

It's the most unrealistic demonstration of this game I've ever seen.

What I hate about SC's "cargo system" is that it's essentially just boxes, that's all it really is just boxes with monetary value, I just can't develop any sense of care towards... boxes..! Carry this box, deliver that box, put this box, sell that box.... So... Boring!

Better get a refund quick. This type of "realism/immersion" has always been the goal of Star Citizen. If anything you should feel lucky that you ended up with a tractor beam. Originally it was supposed to be all by hand or loading cart

@@SultanDesync Huh, have you actually tested the update?. You can litterly pay to have your cargo auto loaded/unloaded and wait x minutes depending on the load size. Maybe actually play the game instead of parroting what other clueless folks are saying.

Don't set up your items behind where your ship spawns

In my opinion they still have to make a dedicated space inside your hangar where u can put ur stuff like they had in the beginning. When we only had the hangar module that dedicated space was where ATC is right now. I hope they will change it back again. But it's CIG so better not count on it :(

100% this is misleading and blatant false advertising. I feel really bad for someone that watches this and gets baited into buying the "game"

They said these things would be ready next year, but they didn't say which next year. It could be any next year.

Maybe half a day for the community manage to 'sing' the main refrain, plus a couple of days for the community cinematics team to record the various clips (one of the nominal benefits of having so many in-depth animations etc is that is means far less manual work to record cinematics... especially when it's a sequence of short cuts)..... plus some time in post to put it all together. Or to put it another way, the patch video isn't months (or even weeks) of effort, and it's done by the community and marketing teams.

you have to use the ship kiosk first ,to spawn a vehicle, or you hanger wont spawn, elevator has no where to go

No mention of cargo persisting on crash so my guess is it must have taken five months to shoot this trailer due to that.

Although I see comments like this a lot, me and my friends have never had this happen, I in fact stream and very rarely have these problems. We were talking about it and troubleshooting HOW/WHY this happens with specific people. We first thought it was server related (and part of it may be) but we also think the game doesn't like specific hardware/drivers. Back when I owned my Kraken headset, activating the quantum drive caused my computer to 30K and then crash and auto-reboot, but ONLY while playing star citizen, got new headphones and it fixed the problem. I wonder if it has something to do with the way certain graphics card renders the environment, so if the floor "vanishes" you fall through it, so even though you are with other people, it is only happening to you or people with a similar setup. Currently working on video evidence to help prove my theory. Back when people couldn't spawn their ships because the terminals stopped working, mine still worked fine. And that is what sparked this research.

Fallen through the floor/planet in every build for 6 years in a row and counting. Let us all know when you figure that bug out, and they'll name a ship after you.

@@JawasRandomStuff But the time of being pushed through the wall by an arriving elevator most defenatly isn't, as it has happened to me yesterday.

@@brandonchat this is the stuff I'm talking about. One person says the bug is long fixed, but other people still experiencing variations of it. Only time I've ever been pushed through a wall was on my Caterpillar, I was on the ladder and as I reached the bottom the ship came out of QT and as he stepped off he glitched into the wall. Outside of that, I don't think I've ever been pushed through the wall by an elevator. If you have the ability to do so, you should start playing with the fps showing in the corner and record (you don't have to stream, but record). You can use twitch and not publish the videos publicly if you don't want to, but sometimes things happen and we only notice the trigger when reviewing it and watching it back. But I primarily use it to submit video evidence to the issue council.
