I wanted to show you a cheap alternative for mounting your flight sticks to your desk. These are fully adjustable so you can set the hight of the sticks to suet your position. They move quickly so you can keep them out of the way. They are sturdy allowing for minimum movement of the sticks base and best of all they are cheap.

I just added a desk mounted sliding keyboard and mouse tray that fits perfectly between my HOTAS desk mounts. That's been an FPS game changer for me. I no longer have to scoot forward and deal with desk real-estate for my M&KB. This has allowed me to move my curved, ultra-wide monitor to the very edge of the desk so it takes up my full field of view while playing and gives my FOIP cam a closer shot of my face.

I have been thinking about doing something similar. I even bought a shorter keyboard for the job but since I started video capturing I need the numpad for camera controls. Although... I guess I could offset these to another one handed keyboard or a streaming deck... You may have just given me an excuse to go shopping :) thanks HitmannDDD

I just went to buy this for a USA delivery and the shipping cost was equal to the price of the product

Even so, for two mounts that should still work out cheaper although if you shop around maybe you can find something similar locally.

2:41 if you give me that sloppy mount for Dogfights it would be off the tabel in 2 minutes, seriously, And to be honest , the virpil own mounts are like 35€ that s the same price as the amazon one, only the Monstertech stuff is more expensive. So for me its to flimsy especially with your left right movment it has way to much wiggle.

Nothing sloppy about them, like I said, I've used em for 2 years and never had a problem. Mounts are modular, the clamp costs 50€ the mount plate costs 35€ x2, plus shipping is over 200€. Although, they have come down in price since I bought them.
