I loved all these Whitley's guide videos. They were fun to watch.

Origin ships are awesome and the 890 is the best of them. That ship turns heads and has led to some amazing moments in the verse. By far my favorite ship so far.

LOL. Gawd I love these commercials. The 890J flyby at the end was schmexy.

In terms of all the gaming loops & mechanics required to make this work as planned, I think that they would form a kind of nested hiearchy and decision tree, so instead of hideous levels of complexity, there's a map for it all, which once in place would grow into increasing levels of interconnected complexity, with missions continually spawning, and with NPC's taking up a lot of the slack, but without somehow completely dominating everything as a "competitor". That's a tricky balancing act. First you could let them run amok them keep dialing them back, would have different levels too, from general services to running a shop, profitably. The whole simulation then is one that is only actualized in the presence of any player or players, with dynamic server meshing and persistence. What a breakthrough. It's going to be breathtaking!

You should get Jeremy Clarkson for this, would be truly epic

The 100 series looks fun, the 890 Jump is unbelievable, and I reckon that I'll pick up a 300 series once I've established myself in the verse, but I just can't buy into the 600 series. Which is a shame, as it's just the right size to fit all my friends on it.

I was amongst the first to connect and try to purchase the 890 jump today and it was already sold out, just a few seconds after Origin ships were online to purchase! There's definitely something wrong! I'm a not a big backer, OK, but still! I spent 3.000 $ on ships and didn't even get a chance to purchase the 890 Jump. What's wrong??

Seriously, on release, you guys need to grab Clarkson, Hammond and May and do a full-length "Top Gear" for every ship and vessel in this game. You already got a bunch of Squadron 42 talent for a "Star in a reasonably Priced Car" segment. Just ask Terada to set up a buttload of pylons for a test track...and make him "our tame racing driver".
