Open the map. Find one the big planets. Zoom in. Around the planet is usually a space station. Click it, Set Route. Land, get into the medical station. Change your spawn. : )
I jumped into this game because my brother suggested it. With there not that many games I wanna play at the moment. I thought why not.. jumped straight into it with no idea, instantly felt amazed once I figured how to leave the planet which took me about 4 hours 😂 I would I'm addicted

You've been lucky to not have gotten your ship totalled in that asteroid crash. A frontal crash with that speed should have killed you by becoming a sardella in the heap of what'd be left of your Avenger. XD
There's no lift in space or on the airless moons, top speed on your ship is about 2,200 mph so when you full blast into the asteroid belt and then try to point the nose away from danger at the last second...
There are minable rocks you’ll need a ship that has a mining laser like the prospector or mole they are pretty buggy tho fun when the game works 30ks suck if you get a mining ship press tab to scan and press M to go into mining mode remember it is an Alpha so don’t get to mad
Welcome aboard Citizen. Gas Giant you left was Crusader. Micro Tech is the Green belt planet, the city there is New Babbage (apple store and trader Joe vibes). Area 18 on ArcCorp is the "Blade Runner esque" vibe place. Hurston is the Industrial, desert oil fields like planet. Any CRU-L# or HUR-L# Station is a decent e'nuff home away from home, or the three Terra firma planets have a town sized station above its capital city currently (Crusader will soon). Yela's (first jump you went to) asteroid belt *also* contains a deserted, albeit *lawless* asteroid base called GrimHex that you can live at too. ANY station, or GrimHex is far handier to run out of than any city. Space Safe!
@DIGITALSANDBOX yep. GrimHex is a pretty happening place. But always remember that what happens there stays there. It's not in "monitored space" (tho' there is a small Armistice acting zone on final approach to landing hangars for now, and currently weapons/fisticuffs are turned off inside the facility while on foot. They've experimented with turning them on but Carnage ensues.) GrimHex is "abandoned" and "overlooked" by then UEE/Authorities. As such it can be a safe port while/when you have a bit of a Crimestat issue. Good Armor and pvp weapons shop there and even a (kinda hidden) Dumpers Depot for quite a bit of the Ship components and a few ship weapons to be had there. It ain't sanitary looking but there is even a small hospital there.
