Never heard of her until now.... I just looked her up because my girl friend said her favorite movie of the decade was "엽기적인 그녀" (My Sassy Girl). I don't know how to read Korean, so I asked a Korean friend to translate, then saw the movie. Yes, she is beautiful, even today after 10 years, but beautiful on the inside too - very classy and humble!

Interesting career. Early success young, but then subpar acting career, but was really successful as a model. Then, her last 10 years as a Korean actress have been really successful although she is very selective in her choices now.

전지현 집안 자체가 불교 집안 입니다. 남편도 불교 집안이고 가정 교육은 상당히 잘 받아서 구설수에 오를 만한 말은 전혀 하지 않았을것입니다. 전지현 친구 중에 차태현이 있는데 차태현이 결혼 후 가족끼리 인터뷰를 했을 때 얘기를 보니 가정 자체가 화목하고 가정 교육을 잘 받았더군요. 오히려 망언하고 자기잘난 맛에 살고 가정교육 제대로 못받은 타입들이 질투심때문에 그런 소문 퍼뜨렸을 확률이 많죠.
