Maybe because Sailor Moon theme is derived from Asian culture and the African American just clashes with the color scheme. Star guardians are literally supposed to have hair color and complexion matching their respective power, but here they forcibly preserve the racial features of Senna. That's why it looks bad. If they gave her purple tones like Sailor Saturn, this would be more plausible.
Star guardian Senna is a HUGE miss opportunity to me. With her shadow ability she could have a design in between light and shadow. She could have literally remove the shadow from other people’s heart. But instead she is a classic star guardian The skin is pretty but the idea behind is pretty boring
that is actually such a cool idea, would've loved to see a twist in her design idea like you mentioned, but instead we got another forgettable star guardian to add to the pile of forgettable star guardians
If this skin were made on normal Lol In his whole ultimate we could have got a huge Star path just like the one's that have Kaisa and Akali on his back animation or dance
I feel like the star guardians that got ported over to league weren’t giving the most care because of all of the backlash people were giving them they feel very lackluster on the PC but I guess that’s what happens when you throw a tantrum they don’t give you the best product as a wr player I can see this
Wow the skin has a few differences than wild rift when it comes to sound and effects ( btw for the people that dont know, this skin was in wild rift first and then made It’s way to pc along with star guardian seraphine and orianna )
i love how far all the star guardian skins have come over time, but i really wish they'd add new voice dialog and vo packs for all the characters I'd happily pay legendary prices for them if they all had new vos
idk why they didn't change her voice lines, Lux's star guardian skin is an epic and she got different voice lines AND a different dance :/ also i feel like her W could have given star NEMESIS effect, that would have been a cool touch for senna
@giorgiozeniquel3153 still tho, those skins came out years ago so they know they want SG skins to have special voice lines, so why not just have the VA's prepare them ahead of time when they know a SG skin is in the works. Doesn't make sense for her to refer to herself as a sentinel in this skin. Hopefully it'll get fixed in the future i guess
@@radioactivecookie Big agree from me. As a big Senna player I'll probably pass on this skin particularly because of the lackluster voice work. It was one of the first things I noticed was her still referring to herself as a sentinel.
@@radioactivecookie Probably because they didn't plan to give Senna a SG during her release ? For example, True Damage Senna has some unique voicelines because those were recorded when she was released and True Damage is her release skin. So they still had the voice actress to recorded those lines when they were recording for the classic Senna. So to change voicelines of skins that in the fact that they have to hire the voice actor again and redo a tons of paper work. That's why it's limited to legendary and ultimate skins. SG Lux is an exception because those lines were recorded when she got the *Voice Over* update not when the skin got released, so they had the voice actress to came again and recorded extra lines for her skins. This is the same case as SG Ezreal which were during his rework.
Lol I know it’s not legendary or the other Star Guardian skins for the most part but I kinda wish they had different voices like more anime teenage voice. It’s just my personal opinion but still a good skin.
So usually Senna skins have far too much VFX happening, like High Noon- to the point where it feels bad to look at. Then some skins, like Project, don't do enough- and look somewhat bad because 'simple' visuals don't fit Senna. I say all of this to say: This is a great skin. My only gripes is her ult not rending the ground and her W form not just flying in place.

I dont understand why she has 2 colors instead of 1 like ori and seraphine. wouldve looked better just purple, and the 5 point star symbols and particles are so old fashioned and distracting. Overall it is not at the same level as the other two, feels like this was made by someone else than ori and sera
Base has way too many colors. She didnt need Blue Pink AND Purple. Even her chromas look like they have too many colors. All her Chromas with black look way better. Her Autos and passive are so light. There's very little in between. The center of the laser should be brighter. Q looks fine but I would have to mute after using it a bit. Sounds like a piano fell a roof and they just made the pitch higher. Needs a bit more. Pink/Purple sparkles would've been nice. W needs some sparkles. The actual hit of W looks nice but screams pay to lose. Her other VFX are very subdued so W looks out of place by comparison. E also feels too transparent. Ghost looks cool but fuck I hate the light blue stars they chose to go with everything. R feels like a bigger Q. Like legit, they resized Q and slapped on the R startup VFX.

Fr it just feels like they ported her directly from Wild rift and called it a day, Not a lot of optimization done to make it worth it's price for LoL PC
I love star guardian but none of these skins feel original anymore lol, this is like the 4th or 5th purple star guardian and it feels like they're working to keep the skin line going instead of paying homage to the anime genre that inspired all this to begin with

this is so lackluster, and for a star guardian skin that's a pretty big sin. They shouldn't port these skins, they should build them from the ground up and show league PC the respect it deserves... paired with the joke of an ultimate skin for Samira this is a bad time to be a league pc player.
@LOVESlCK The hell is that response? I completely disagree with how Riot is handling Samira. But the SG Senna skin has been and has always been 1350RP. Riot didn't put enough in for the sam skin which is why people complain. Here they put in the qualifications for an epic skin, so tf are people complaining about Seems like you just wanted to complain about samira on a non samira video
