Hello, everyone; it's great to have you back on my channel! Today, I will guide you through grilling a delectable Tuna Steak that will tantalise your taste buds. First, let's prepare our ingredients. We have freshly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, piquant horseradish, vibrant green and red chillies, and perfectly boiled eggs. To boil the eggs, place them in a pot of cold water, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let them simmer for 9-12 minutes. After that, immediately transfer them to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
Next, we have our star ingredient-the Tuna Steak. Grill the tuna steak on a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer if you prefer your tuna well done. Finally, we're adding a delicious twist to this dish with some couscous. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions, then mix it with the rest of the ingredients for an extra layer of texture and flavour. You might consider a classic béarnaise or a garlic aioli for the creamy sauce. Both would complement the flavours of the tuna steak and the fresh vegetables beautifully. Enjoy your cooking!
