Finding your content very useful, i can struggle to articulate and stay concise when under pressure or caught off guard. Made some notes on the star method and expanded a little (more for my own benefit but sharing incase it helps someone else) Situation, its impact and urgency Task and methods used to find best best solution Actions taken and their complexities Results and outcomes, planned vs actual Lessons learned, preventative actions and benefits
