Nicely done. That's pretty much the strategy I adopted when I played this last year. Reimi's AI is reliable enough for me to trust it, and manual control Meracle/Arumat + Blindside Juggle wins this. I wonder if it's possible to Touch of Death GC or EQ... with one blindside combo. It's just difficult to co-ordinate Edge/Bacchus, Reimi, Arumat, and Meracle all at once.
And this is why I love Tri Ace combat systems. I played this game when it got launched but totally forgot everything about it so when I look at this I have absolutely no idea what's going on. And I love it.
I love how this is the absolute strongest foe in the game, in her strongest form, on the highest difficulty, and you make it look like she poses little more threat than the first boss on Aeos. And to think I stopped relying on blindsides after Lemuris.
@PursanLalor this is chaos mode.....if you look closely there is no enemy 'targeting reticule' appears around my character......that's the difference between Chaos difficulty and lower difficulties. sry for my english.
I want to see a movie/anime/whatever where the final showdown between the hero and villain goes like this. Just unrelenting supermoves from everyone while the bad guy tries to get out his monologue.
Truly wrong. I was able to do it after several tries. Maybe my favorite boss fight of all. This bitch hit like a truck in a train on chaos mode with 6 wings. Memories....
If I understand correctly, he's using blindside to render her susceptible to flinching from his attacks so she can't ignore and counter. As long as the blue characters appear above her, his attacks will either send her flying and unable to attack or cause her to stagger and unable to attack. The second the blue characters disappear, her "no guard" is reinforced and she can attack uninterrupted. Miracle and Aramat are close-quarter combat (Aramat looks more mid-range) while Reimi is long-range. Swap control back and forth between Aramat and Miracle alternating X Claw and Dragon Roar while Reimi uses Savage Sparrows from long range (sends blindsided EQ flying). Sarah sits off far in the distance with her tactic set to something like do nothing except heal. Reimi tactic is set to freestyle I think. That's the most of what I got.

When I watch you beat the crap out of this b*tch, I thought back at how much trouble I had. It took me 4 tries to beat her 2 winged version, wow you are SUGOI!
I still believe SO2 had the harder one...with the Queen moving super fast on the battlefield and striking/killing your characters if she touches them. SO 3/4 seem to depower her alot and she is not as fast as she used to be
+xiongboon Next one is that you so often get stoned in SO2 and you need a lot Dmgboost and Hitrate to dont get stoned so fast... But i allways said... Second Story is still the best :)
yup, lots of enemies in SO2 can do 1hit kills. Also when in the Cave of Trials and you don't have the Weird Slayer......my god that boss battle is long.

Just the ones I mentioned above. I'm currently strengthening my weapons and armor before I go fight her (haven't done this yet). There is a Santa in the Wandering Dungeon (before you meet EQ) who sells the powerful weapons and armor amongst several other things (obviously they are expensive). But you have to fight an annoying boss before getting to him. I suggest making use of synthesizing your weapons and armor with items to make them stronger. For example, I synthesize saber tooth fang with my weapons for 18% atk each but there may be a more effective item out there.My explanation is based off what I see in the video. But blindsiding is going to be paramount in battle as well as swapping control between Miracle and Arumat. Needless to say there is no one solitary way to defeat her.
Also may do you good to have an arsenal of parameter increasing dishes (food that increases your attack and def for a certain amount of battles and such). Create the recipes and then fix them in the same place you synthesize your weapons.
@@cjmapp3833 I use the money exploit and bought out Santa stuff, I use, remi, Artemis, Sarah and Bacchus or that other pink hair symbologist. I also use food for battles and magical clay to duplicate rare materials
I think I just realized that the reason I'm most excited for Integrity and Faithlessness is the post game dungeons and bosses. I can't wait to see how this boss fights in that game, as well as Gabriel Celeste.
+GoldenBear92 And I hope you can start a new game without creating any weapon or equipment anew. I had no intention of beating the game twice. It's brutally time consuming doing everything again until reaching chaos mode...
+Camuy Crono I'm a sucker for time consuming games like this. I'll always choose more content and gameplay over most other things. Even if the story sucks. And I'm all for replaying just to do the harder difficulties. These games make my completionist side show up.
looks so much more awesome in VP2. Too bad they seem to have abandoned the VP saga :( or else they are gonna take another 6 years like they did from the first to second, which may be worth the wait!
If you have a PS3, get this version of the game. It's a THOUSAND times better IMO because of the dual audio/theme options. That and its on a single bluray disc instead of three DVDS, the load times are reduced at some points, there's a lock-on feature and the graphics in some areas got re-done and are better looking.
I know it's unlikely to happen but I would like to see this boss on kingdom hearts 3 since this game is made by square enix and kingdom hearts 3 is also made by square enix seeing Sora getting his ass kicked by 6 winged Ethereal Queen. she would be the hardest boss ever.
I don't understand how people don't understand that publishers DO NOT make games. They pay developers to make games that they can publish! Tri Ace made this. Square is just the employer that paid them to make it.
