It may not even be remotely correct, but this is my transcription of my favorite closer of all time. I forgot to add sticking because I was paying more attention to the notes played.

Love this closer. A looooong time ago my buddy who marched with Umass got me a photocopy of the chart for this (they played it for a time after Star ended). Wish I still had it. : (
May want to do an updated search. There are several new rehearsal videos available of Star '93. Maybe it can help you figure out those quad and bass parts. I just watched about 7 different vids and there's a ton of info in them.
Oh man I could have done without that lol. I was 18 and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Really nice work. I've never heard anyone pull it off any where near that clean who wasn't actually taught that music. Thanks for the nostalgia man
Is it that bad? Just a lot, and I mean a looooot of listening. I will give credit where credit is due. I thought I did a pretty bad job on this, so I found another transcription on Snare Science and fixed issues with it. I just never did add sticking and a lot could still be wrong.
No, no.. Great stuff.. thought Nick Angelis might have been involved; I considered this might be an early camp recording or something of the like from 93 Star. :) And, how about Thom?.. guy still gets around! This last year ('17); his book for Crown was bananas.. (and a nice 93 throwback).. Cheers, keep it up. Percussion is a window to the soul.
