As a person who watched ST-TOS in the 60's, I have found Strange New Worlds more like the original series, and it is very gratifying to see the way the cast handles their station in the history of the series.

star TREK is back...all the others were missing what this captured.... A HIT in my books. I started to want to watch the next episode, which had lost in other shows.

Now, among the 5 cast members here are Christina Chong who plays La'an & Celia Rose Gooding who plays Uhura. They played these characters throughout the first season and presumably will continue playing them in season 2. Yet the presenter does not bother to ask either of them any questions about their characters. The only time they are given a chance to say something is near the end about interactions with fans. The bulk of the interview is taken up by numerous questions to the boys, including Paul Wesley who only appeared in the final episode. Ok, he's playing James T. Kirk and will appear in season 2, I get it, but to completely disregard the 2 actresses while giving all the attention to the boys...WTF???????????
