Yet he's still somehow just as insecure and prone to freaking out as ever. You'd think after a lifetime of overcoming danger and getting a glimpse of how cut he's gonna look in the future he'd be more self-confident.
@@elitesquad1681 They mentioned it ONCE after this and that just made me so mad because they mentioned it. It wasn't a 1 off, its fully canon, and they still went forward with Marco acting likea child and being unable to do anything.
Yeah but there’s a major downside to their relationship; Heckapoo is immortal so she would literally out live Marco by many many MANY years even if they got together. Same case with Tom and Star.
Running with scissors was so good, had been waiting for you to get to it. Something about “I don’t even remember my password” really hit me for some reason when first watching it. Aaaaaaahhhh this show gets so crazy
I would ask whether it's still legal for Marco to date Jackie, Star, or anyone else that age, but I'm NOT asking that. I'd rather wait for someone else to open up that can of worms.
Running with scissors episode BLEW MY MIND. I think it’s one of my favorites, Marco forgetting his password makes the fact that he’s been gone for 16 years more impactful.
Been away from the internet for a few weeks, but as soon as I got back I HAD to watch this reaction. You have just witnessed my favorite episode in SVtFoE, The only negative thing I can say about Running With Scissors is that it needed to be a full length story.
I will repeat it everytime, but that was the most epic time seeing a tree grow ever. Also the creators described his memories of these 16 years as being like a dream, but he remembers them.
Always love that moment of "She's far beyond any magic you were using at her age, Queen Moon." Marco's all grown up now which is fun and uncomfortable, funcomfortable if you will. There's some fun stuff ahead, but can't wait till you get closer to the end of this season one of those episodes is my absolute favorite.
At this point I started to realize that Marco and River have similar characteristics, their reaction to both baby and losing glossaryck was pretty much the same. Also Marco's 16yr adventure is not a one-time thing that only comes up in this episode, some shows sometimes have something pretty significant happen to a character only for it to never come up again, not the case here.
Both episodes shows how both characters have amazing capabilities. I like how Marco was able to beat Heckapoo, a Magical High Commissioner, without using magic. BTW.... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabbbbbbbss.
I just finished watching a show that you'll really love, it's the Rapunzel Series, it's exceedingly brilliant and well written. You'll love the songs, I promise you that.
30 year old Marco looked cool! Great 2 see the laser puppies again and the kitty fairy was interesting. Anyway loved your reaction Alycia!😄👍 BTW did u see the Rick and Morty season 4 preview? It's so LIT!
I don`t know if I should recommend it, because it could be too violent or scary for you, but there is a new cartoon from Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack/ Star Wars: Clone Wars). It is called "Primal" and there are only 5 episodes. It is one of the most brilliant cartoons in recent years. No dialogue. Only two characters. But it is unapologetic, violent and sad. At the same time it is deeply beautiful in tone and animation. But it is very, very violent and I know you have a problem with that =) Still, maybe give it a try.
I do love Baby. I would like more of her. Star said she was advanced when she learned to dip down. We had no idea how much. Okay, 'Running With Scissors'. Marco and Hekapoo were my OTP for a long time. Until Hekapoo turned out to (REDACTED). Of course she (REDACTED). I'm sorry, but I've always been anything but Starco. Still am. Hey, didja notice that the magic that made the tree was BOTH green and pink? Dark AND light? "Not since Queen Eclipsa" indeed. I have a strange headcanon that Glossaryk and Baby are Hekapoo's parents. This is absolutely my favorite episode of the series.
I really like the revelation that all Star really knows is magic attacks, she pretty much skipped all the basic important stuff so she could get to that.
You know him and Hekapoo did it a bunch of times, because no way he spent 16 years JUST looking for those scissors. There's probably been a few months where they agreed to not go after each other. I'll also admit, after this episode, him dating anyone else in the series just comes off as creepy, because he's 32 mentally.
Star's reaction when she saw adult Marco was one of the many things that confirmed that she had crush for him since she that reaction only for Marco and not for other musclar characters in the show
This episode was the best from season 2 so many possibilities but wasted too bad and for me the only canon season 1 and 2 with the first 4 episodes from season 3.
