to unlock old master skin for maul u need 5000 kills with any dark side hero as a showdown duelist I dont do co op much but the way I got it was playing Galactic empire co op and when I got jabbas palace I went bossk and camped last stage placing my abilities at entrances and using my middle ability and getting so many kills.
