Oh you are; EA is just waiting to release you until sales are down. When they release characters like you, and modes like Galactic Conquest, they'll be appealing to a whole new fanbase. They'll get an influx of sales and will be able to maintain a high retail price. Because there's more to EA than meets the eye with the "free DLC."

It honestly made sense when I played it, but it was still very predictable, and very cliche. But being a fan of the light side, I wasn't as disappointed as everyone else.

The expanded universe had a fairly good take on that, the empire tried to convince people that the death-star was taken over and used by the rebels. naturally, it didn;t work, it was a flimsy excuse and people started asking why the built the thing in the first place if it wasn;t to be used. This lead to mass defects, which ere accepted no questions asked. in fact the longer it took for you to defect after that, the less trustworthy you were because why would you stay after that? it's possible she actually bought the propaganda until the laser meant she couldn't deny it anymore.... though i doubt that much thought into the story. I'm not defending the story, i'm just saying better star wars materials have taken that idea and made it actually plausible by putting some effort into it.

Fandom Games really should release some "Honest Trailers Remastered" where they deal with games that actually bothered to turn around their garbage openings. Not giving them credit for releasing garbage, obviously, but mentioning how some studios genuinely tried to make up for their earlier screwups. Good examples would be games like Battlefront (Obviously), and maybe No Man's Sky?

it's a pretty solid parody of what the game might have been, if it had at all launched that way.. which it didn't. There hasn't been content available for cash at all since early access. They went for the cheap bandwagon here; kinda sad, but makes sense and can't blame them for it. Though the single player is more Rogue One than it is anything else (choppy/jumpy), can't argue with that.

There hasn't been content available because of the massive fallout over how the lootboxes work. Hilariously, most of EA's problems would've ended, if they didn't promise to put the paid lootboxes back in in january, incidentally after everyone's bought the game. It's dishonest, greedy behaviour from a known dishonest and greedy company.

The game isn't even that bad. People just love to jump on the hate train. Sure it has micro transactions but I think that's a fair trade when we're getting free dlc. And personally I'm having a lot of fun on the game

Gandalf very true, actual game as it is and its gameplay is good, its not like the game developers aren't talented folks, they very much are, but EA will still push for more money regardless of that and people who haven't even played the game will say its garbage because of the hate that surrounds it, people LOVE hate bandwagons. Somebody NEEDS to talk about how weak the emperor is in this game, it took me over a minute as him to kill another hero THAT WASN'T PLAYING. His lightning deals less damage than infantry melee attacks.

He is fine. Play him as Support because that's what he is a beast at. He is not a front liner. If you want to go ham on the enemy play Lando or Bossk.

Dragon Slayer Objection!! Visual Novels are considered as a video game, for a psychological horror genre the game itself is popular since the game traumatized the player by breaking the fourth wall, I think it deserves a Honest Game Trailer. If it's boring, then visual novel is not for you to play.

I can't speak for this Doki Doki thing since I haven't played it but saying "anime is trash" is ignorant as fuck as anime isn't one thing. Something like Berserk can't be compared to something like Sailor Moon or Pokemon, they are technically all anime but you are going to get a different experience from each. Just because you watch the shit anime doesn't mean it's all trash, you just have to dig real deep for the gold.

Carter, have you played through Doki Doki? It is NOT your typical visual novel, but a groundbreaking masterpiece of psychological horror brilliantly disguised as weeb trash; I've never played a video game that's left me feeling so emotionally fucked up (and grateful for it); more like a David Lynch movie than an anime dating sim.
