For bossk I recommend that you make use of his ability to jump up and down quickly that way your blaster based opponents loses accuracy when firing, also do keep in mind bossk heavily relies on his abilities to do damage so it’s good to spam your mines and grenades. Phasma in hvv or showdown should have her cards put onto her health ability and some onto her droid like having more stuns at once it can be really useful. If the opponent is a lightsaber based hero and all they do is block then stop shooting and head towards ur droid to have the match in your favor. Phasma has got to be the most tankiest hero in the game and bossk the most unexpected and annoying to deal with hero in the game.
