Some stuff looks silly. But on the whole it feels very very much like a some dark terrible ancient time in Star Wars. As even in old lore ancient Sith and Rakata stuff had a look similar to this. So it doesn't feel out of place for me in some dark era of Star Wars.

Better look at Riddick because the style of this universe is really similar to Giger's style.

Yes, I think next year.

Never going to happen. It's nice to have some tools for easier animation but that is all it is. Sure it's neat but this doesn't actually begin to rise to the level of art actually made by H.R. Giger. It is a shallow facsimile. And nothing short of actual self-aware AI would be able to overcome that barrier.

@@esbenm6544 It seems to me that there is real creativity in the images produced by image generation models. I don't think you need a self-aware AI to create authentic art. I think art is a kind of statistics. I believe that we can create truly creative art just by statistically calculating what color pixels exist around a certain color pixel. It's the same with video, so I think we should statistically generate a still image that is most likely to follow a still image. Of course, that doesn't contradict that self-aware AI can create great art.

@@dischargedarrowgetback4322 You're wrong about that though. You will never get anything deeper than "hey, that looks kind of cool." Because that is as high as the art of impression goes. You can be really good at imitating a great actor and yet you won't be hired on that basis. Because that's all it is, a good impression.

@@esbenm6544 Can artificial intelligence create true art, or does artificial intelligence just imitate humans and understand nothing, so the art it creates cannot be called true art? This will remain an eternal problem. But it seems to me enough that AI art looks like real art on the surface.

I'm not sure I'm convinced by the idea AI will always need human interaction/refinement, because, like here, it's a statement without argument. Our brains are used to recognizing and making sense of familiar patterns and structures, so when we're presented with unfamiliar or highly complex images, it can be more mentally taxing?

Ich würde auch an den Bildern nichts ändern aber oder besser etwas Neus Anfangen sonst ist man in der Wiederholung ! Aber es sind nur meine Gedanken !
