Yea, that's Commander Trauma, as Twisted said. He wasn't an ARC Trooper, but he was an ARF Trooper, which did technically work alongside ARCs often. ARCs are Advanced Recon Commandos, not to be confused with Clone Commandos, while ARFs are Advanced Recon Forces. He died in a very quick and comical way during the Siege of Devaron, which was sad to see such a great design get tossed aside (literally), but understandable considering the episode's budget.

Some could even say that Trauma had some trauma.
