Plastic chain is accurate to the actual suit. No interlocking pieces, just a single strip. They are used for holding up branches and stuff. Metal would cause scratching anyways.
I'm new to your channel, and I can't say how much I appreciate what you're doing! I'm totally jealous of the wall behind you, and will be looking for your video about how you made it. Appreciate your passion for Star Wars and our collector Community! Long live The Empire!
The only think I dislike with it is the paint job. Cause the left side of the helmet has a different black paint change to the right side, as the black paint is above the wire on the left side and the black paint is below the wire on the right
Great piece...I had this a long time ago and the thing I couldn't get past was the Anakin portrait just reminded me of Uncle Fester too much...but great piece nice pick up
If I had such a beautiful ( and valuable)bust , I, d never touch it with my bare hands, I,d use silk thin gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints in the glossy helmet .!!!
This is one of my favorites that you have shared. It's a dope looking. Really getting jealous of your Star Wars collection. You ever consider getting cosplay uniforms and making life size pieces, like a Stormtrooper, Bobba, or a Mandalor? Saw them on mannequins and look cool to me.
You know I actually started an Iron Man suit just before I kicked this channel off. I do want to make a Mandalorian suit of armor. But I’m torn about making a movie accurate or a unique suit for me
12:40 this is why it was a hard no for me. Saw it at comic con when they were showing it, and I noticed instantly how high the helmet sat on the head. For what they charge for these things, they should be perfect! How they let this massive detail slide is pathetic in my opinion!
