Hey everyone! In this video I give a summary and review of Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi into the Void by Tim Lebbon. This book take places during the pre-republic era and the Jedi are termed Je'daii. In this book Lanoree Brock, a Je'daii ranger, goes on a mission to stop her thought dead brother, Dal from opening a Gree hypergate.

I enjoyed this novel quite a lot and would really like to see Lanoree again, but this seems to have fallen victim to Disney's heavy handed decision to reject the expanded universe. The novel is pretty clearly a set up for further adventures which I'll now never get to read. I minor tragedy in my opinion. Honestly, bugger off Disney with your buying everything and hitting the reset button antics! (Yes, I am annoyed that they had scripts for the last three Star Wars movies and binned them in favour of focus groups and JJ Abrams.)

Just finished the book and enjoyed your recap/summary. I really enjoyed the book. I gave it a 3.75 Star rating. Are the OTHER books that are linked with this book and time? If so...I'd like to read them. If it is just the comics...oh well. Might just listen to your comic series about it. Thank you.
